Just got my car back for brakes and rotors…as always an incredible job. To my surprise the dealership had washed and detailed my car. Not sure how they got all the dog hair out lol. Have been going here for four years and they always find a way to surprise me. Specially thanks to Matt for the amazing service!

I have been servicing my Maserati here for 5 years and have never had an issue. They do amazing work and are very fast. Sumit has taken care of my car and has not disappointed. Once again amazing service.

The Maranello Alfa Romeo dealership is very clean, friendly, and professional. The staffs in this dealership respects all customers equally and is always eager to make things right for your needs. I choose to service my car here over third-party / smaller auto shops, because the level of quality and customer service I get back can not be compared. Maranello Alfa Romeo is on another level. On a note, a shout out to Matthew Macchia. He has been my service advisor professional for years and he is always consistent by setting up a rental car for me, and accomidating flexible schedules for me to bring my car in. When it comes to safety concerns, Matthew pointed out that my tires are almost end-of-life, so he recommend me to switch for new tires soon to avoid potential road accidents. Matthew, you make a huge difference! Thank you for making my visits to the dealership feel quick and worry-free. Cheers team!

The service advisors been great and always answered all the questions and concerns all of the time. The only issue I experienced not one but twice were stains left behind in the vehicle from oil stains from hands on the dashboard and steering wheel, and some oil grease left to the armrest which shouldn’t be the case if the technician took extra care and attention to detail. This is why I’m not giving a 5 but a 4 stars only

This was my first time servicing my vehicle at Maserati Of Ontario. The overall service was sub-par, especially when compared to Porsche. The loaner vehicle was filthy, and it had almost no gas in the tank when the loaner vehicle was handed to me. New brake pads were replaced just a couple of months ago, but somehow the dealer said the brake pads are due soon. This makes me seriously wonder about how reliable the inspection was. The overall experience was disappointed.

Very pleased with my experience at Alfa Romeo in Vaughan. Staff was attentive and looked after me right away. I did not originally want a rental but when I arrived my plans had changed and they were able to get me a rental very quickly. Service was completed as scheduled. Quick wash and we were good to go! Very happy with the team at Alfa Romeo! Thank you.

I havent even brought my vehicle in for service and I am pleasantly surprised by the great follow up and professionalism. My hubby called because my baby needs service and the service advisor followed up, explained everything and made us an early appt to get our Alfa serviced....this is so refreshing given my experience with other dealers.thank you Dan Tosello
