I bought my 2022, ALFA ROMEO Giulia from ALFA ROMEO of London back in May 2022. They were excellent and my sales person and the staff were very professional and helpful.Recently I visited their location and spent time with Adrienne Willcock.She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend her enough if you’re looking for a new ALFA ROMEO or Maserati.It was nice to deal with someone who was pleasant, and had integrity.Highly recommended!

An absolutely incredible experience working with this dealership. Purchased an Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio back in April and even though it was an incredibly challenging time due to COVID-19 and the lockdown, Sam Ioannidis went above and beyond to deliver the vehicle. Pre-sale, sale and most importantly after sale service and support are next level! Would most definitely recommend them to everyone!

Was looking to upgrade my 2018 Alfa Romeo and found a car I was interested on Alpha Romeo/Maserati London ON website. As I was not in the London area, Matias sent a video to show me so I could check it out before driving all the way to London. We drove 2 and a half hours to Alpha Romeo London and it was definitely worth it. Matias made buying a car an excellent experience. He asked if we needed anything when we arrived and checked in on us to ensure we got home safe. I hate dealing with sales people, but Matias was great. He went above and beyond any car sales person I've ever dealt with. Definitely suggest buying an Alpha Romeo or Maserati at Alpha Romeo/Maserati London ON from Matias. He is definitely someone you should contact. The waiting area was comfortable and welcoming. All the staff were friendly, helpful and amazing . They treated us like we were family. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Love my Stelvio and will definitely look into buying my next Alfa Romeo from Matias and Alpha Romeo/Maserati London ON. Best car buying experience ever!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Adrienne regarding a used vehicle they had on the lot. She went above and beyond for me. I live quite a distance from the dealership and have a young child so any questions I had she answered promptly and she even took photos and videos of the vehicle I was interested in so I had all the information I needed. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle (yet), I felt that I needed to leave a review for Adrienne as her customer service skills are exceptional. Bought my car in October and Sam was amazing through out the whole sales process. They are honest and reliable. Customer service is a amazing and the service is the best you can get. They value you as a customer and treat you the way you should be treated. You don't get service like this anymore and other dealerships could learn a thing or two from them. Love the car.

Just read that Alfa Romeo ranks highest in sales satisfaction in premium brands from the annual JD Power Rankings in the USA released November 9/22. Beating out Porsche, Lexus, Mercedes, Jaguar, etc. etc. This does not surprise me as I had a great experience at Alfa Romeo London. Although Canadian dealers are not included in the survey, this dealership is obviously following suit with the success of their American counterparts. Every single person involved with this dealership is so friendly, honest, trustworthy and transparent.I drove from out of town and purchased my Stelvio from Adrienne who was amazing every step of the way and went above and beyond in the sales process. Instantly likeable with great communication skills, always available to answer questions and help in any way, and she continues to stay in touch even after the sale is complete to make sure you are satisfied. Added a nice finishing touch upon delivery as well :)Jodi the sales manager was also super friendly and has a very relaxed and comforting demeanor. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured when finalizing the deal. She is sincere and very easy to talk to which made this an enjoyable experience.I also met Olivia who always meets you with a smile upon arrival and Mandy the finance manager was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in her job all the while being very down to earth and pleasant.I also had the chance to work with the service department as i brought the vehicle in for a software update. The manager Peter was very kind and organized and kept me updated on the progress during the visit. I also got to talk with Marshall who is a very knowledgeable technician who gave me some great info and advice about my Alfa to keep it in great shape.If you are anywhere in Ontario and you are looking to buy an Alfa Romeo or Maserati it is worth the drive to go to London and see these people. You will not feel pressured or rushed, you will just meet an amazing team from top to bottom that will fulfill your expectations of what a premium dealership sales and service experience should be like.
