Fairly disappointed by the visit today. I am shopping for a new SUV and noticed that some Stevios (the non-quadrifoglio models) have a spare tire and some don’t. Spare tire is quite critical for me because I feel safe with it for long road trips. Asked one of the sales agents there and he said it is “a luck of the draw” that only some cars come with one. I felt like he was trying to brush me off because he was busy with other customers. We asked the receptionist for help and waited there for awhile with my family to see if anyone could give us more info or answer some of our questions but no one did so we decided to leave.

Recently purchased a used Mini Cooper S Countryman All-4 from the dealer. Seemed an unusual car to have on their lot but that didn't stop them from offering a quality, nicely detailed vehicle that didn't look out of place when parked next to all those beautiful Alpha's. A pleasure to drive and a pleasure to deal with Kris whose style will be attractive to anyone who wants to do business with a low-pressure, professional representative.

Kris was very patient with me while I fumbled through my paperwork to complete the transaction. This means a lot since I have some challenges. His answers to my question were easy to understand, by saying that he did not using any big or fancy words. If he did not know the answer he would find out what it was immediately. He shows a great amount of empathy which went meant alot to my wife and I to decide to make our purchase. Thank you Kris, great service!

Came here to look at a used Golf they had on trade in, walked through the door with not much hopes in it going well as we had nothing but terrible experiences at other dealerships, we ended up dealing with Kris and he was amazing. Not pushy at all, he was super friendly and the conversation flowed like you had known him for years and he made sure all our questions were answered and gave us space and time to think it over.Highly recommend him and this dealership. They were able to offer me multiple brands and covered all the headache I would have by trading my car as they have very good connections with other copmanies.
