I recently purchased a beautiful 2004 Mercedes SLK320 from Alfa Romeo & Maserati of Victoria. The entire experience was completely positive. Working with Marc and Barry was great. There were no high-pressure sales tactics and I was free to make my own decisions. I would the recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking for a high-end new or used vehicle.

Recently came in and bought a STUNNING Stelvio Sport TI AWD and she is turning heads. Everywhere I go people are outside looking at her and admiring her. The experience was so genuine I’ve never experienced that anywhere else. My spouse and I were luxury car shopping and we found that Alfa Romeo was second to none in the experience. Marc was our host (I use host instead of salesman because it didn’t feel like a sales experience) he educated us fully about everything Alfa Romeo and the vehicle we were looking at which he mentioned that it was the only one in Victoria. After an evening I couldn’t bear parting with the car, I had to have it. Next day I was a happy owner of my Mizzy. Besides the phenomenal time we had in the showroom, we were made aware of all the perks you get just simply being an Alfa Romeo owner, few words, TRACK DAYS and VILLA EYRIE!! I’ll leave that there, go in and inquire, sooooooo happy with my new baby.

Just recently purchased an Alfa Romeo 4C from Alex A and the team at Alfa Romeo Victoria.Initial communication:As I’m from the lower mainland, my initial communication was with Pietro, the sales manager, through email. He was quick to respond to emails and followed up with answers to any questions I had on the vehicle, including service records and a video walkthrough of the car. Just before I came in to see the vehicle, I realized Pietro had been emailing me while he was overseas on vacation. Talk about customer service!Viewing:Pietro went above and beyond and connected me with Alex, who arranged a car to pick me up from the ferry terminal. Before the viewing, Alex gave me an overview of the GAIN group, dealership and its scope of services, including a track and resort. Alex was very knowledgeable about the car, and you can tell he is passionate about the brand. He was very patient and thorough on the test drive. The vehicle was as advertised, in fact in better condition than expected. GM Barry also took the time to introduce himself and addressed the items I needed to close the deal - no messing around and straight to the point. Finance manager Rex was also great to deal with. At the end of my appointment, Alex made sure I got back to the ferry.Delivery:When I came back two weeks later to pick up the vehicle, I was greeted with a warm welcome from reception. GM Barry came by to say hello. Alex had the vehicle all prepped and ready - presented with a bow and under a car cover! Delivery was smooth as butter and it was an experience I’ll never forget. Way better experience buying a [pre-owned] vehicle here than I’ve had buying new from another brand that I came from.Follow up:It doesn’t end there. The day after I got home with the car, Alex texted me to ask how the car was and if I had any questions. Something minor came up and he FaceTimed me right away to look at the car himself. Ben from service called me as well we discussed a few things too and he was knowledgeable and great to work with.Overall amazing 5* service and I encourage anyone to give Alex a call at Alfa Romeo Victoria!
