Truly a luxury brand: especially the customer service. I was impressed with everyone I encountered during my purchase, especially the extra care I received during a few service visits. Gray is wonderful and communicates very well!Unlike Mercedes, to whom I was loyal for 17 years straight, Alfa actually cares about their vehicle owners and has respect for our time and investment...Alfa Calgary has accommodated every visit, call, and email; I find their communication to best in class.The vehicle itself is of course also superb, but the overall experience counts as much. Trading in my Mercedes for an Alfa was the right decision and I don't regret switching.

Friendly and attentive salesman! Diego is an awesome car salesman. Not because he says the right things but makes realistic suggestions when buying an Alfa Romeo car for the winter season and when we drive the car on a daily basis. He even explains why all cars are auto instead of manual gear: manual cars will fail Canada's road safety test therefore automatic is the norm. If you want manual then you have to go buy your cars in Europe. However, there is a neat feature he explains that if you press a button then you can engage manual gear.Alfa Romeo staff have an honest and straight forward approach.Once Alfa Romeo dealership opens in Edmonton, I may get an Alfa car. I hope the best when they open their new location in Calgary. I cannot wait to ride in my Father's QUADRIFOGLIO.Forgot to mention this. Alfa Romeoon Meridian Road is moving from this location within a month or two.

It has been a year since we bought our Alfa Romeo Giulia. The car is amazing to drive, even in winter. We had a great experience right from the start with Anub in sales, Andrew in finance, and Diego in service. Everybody was professional and made the process very easy without pressure.The service advisor, Ashley is outstanding. She goes above and beyond for her customers. I really like that she will tell me what will be completed on each scheduled service visit and the cost.

Had a very positive experience at this dealership. Mark in sales was great, easy to work with and really understands the values of the brand. I did not feel pressured with Mark, and felt like I had a lot of room to choose and focus on exactly what I was looking for. The atmosphere was relatively easygoing and relaxed, and nobody was ever too pushy. In addition, Lucas, Andrew and Sergio as well as the front desk staff were also quite helpful and good to interact with in person and via email/phone. One of the better higher end brand dealership experiences for me thus far. I am happy with my purchase.

I was not sure about the Alfa name brand initially, I went to the dealership and met Jian on appointment. Jian was helpful, and a great listener. She immediately put me behind the wheel of the vehicle I was looking at and showed me the cost of servicing and explained the options for purchasing. I then met Viktoria Financer who also was an amazing person that was extremely helpful. There were a few minor bumps along the way but the people at this dealership stand behind their product and ensure the customer is well looked after. If you value a vehicle that is a drivers car (and suv) and not based on widgets than this may be your last chance to get into a vehicle that is light nimble and fast. I am sure the future Alfa battery offerings will be great but adding 1000lbs for batteries is never going to make tires and brakes last longer or perform better. Also I know looks are a subjective thing, but these vehicles are a box of crayons in a world of medium brown.

We just bought our first Alfa Romeo and it could not have been easier with the help of Jian. She was amazing, everything from displaying the car inside as we wanted to be in the shade, explaining features. Also knew when to step back and let us explore ourselves well being ready to answer any questions we might have. Lucas, Andrew, the detailer, and receptionist are amazing as well.Also was kind enough to give us a tour of the dealership, which is immaculate, trusted us with the test drive to go out alone. Truly was a 5 star experience. I look forward to coming back in.

My wife and I purchased a Stelvio from Andrew and it truly was a pleasant experience from our test drive till driving it home for good! Everything we wanted they made sure happened, funny thing was we went to test drive a used Jaguar but fell in love with an Alfa Romeo and we still are. It’s a great drive and not a day goes by that someone doesn’t comment on what a sharp looking vehicle it is. We just love it! And will definitely purchase another one in the future.

Absolutely the best staff and customer service there is. It does not matter who you speak to at this dealership and it doesn’t matter what you buy. Everyone is friendly, kind and helpful. This is a rare thing at dealerships. We did purchase a Stelvio and love it every time we are behind the wheel. Calgary Alpha Romeo and all of their staff do everything they can to make sure their customers are satisfied and happy. The customers service experience at Alfa Romeo of Calgary is second to none. When I bought my Guilia, I was told “you’re not just buying a car, you are getting a family also”. I didn’t believe it at first and thought it may have been a cheesy sales line, but Jen in sales and Chelsea and Gray in service have gone over and above time after time. I always feel welcome whenever I call or drop in.
